Shipping and Returns​

Delivery

We will courier our cast iron fireplaces, normally within 7-10 days, to most parts of the UK. Please check with us before your purchase if you live in a remote location such as the Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands, as certain postcodes may lie outside our delivery network.

The cost of delivery is a flat fee of £70 per item. For deliveries of more than one fireplace the delivery fee is £50 per item.

We ensure all of our cast iron fireplaces are protective wrapped during transit. Our trusted courier takes great care with them. When delivering, they will carry your fireplace into your home and place it down in a location of your choice.

At the moment we do not deliver outside of the UK (but we are working on it!)

Collection

If you prefer, your fireplace can be collected in person from our home address in Wilmslow, Cheshire (SK9 postcode) and we will assist with loading. We are located about 7 mins from M56 motorway at Manchester Airport. Please note, however, that we prefer to deliver by courier to our customers as we are an online business.

Returns policy

As most of our items are very old and being sold online, we endeavour to give a genuine, honest description and set of photographs for every item to avoid any misunderstandings or confusion.

If you are not completely happy with the item you receive we will happily cancel the sale and refund you without fuss if you make the request within 14 days of receiving the item.

If you receive a delivered item and wish to return it, the returned item must be in exactly the condition as it was when delivered to you. Please contact us prior to returning an item in order that we can identify a suitable and cost-effective way to return the item.

Any item damaged after delivery does not qualify as returnable.
